Premium Membership fee are NON-REFUNDABLE. The membership fee you pay is non-refundable if you have used our services such as logging in, connecting, downloading and opening our application. If you insist on requesting a refund through payment channels, it means you do not comply with our terms of service, you may lose access to our services and your money may not be refunded.

- When you pay an invoice from us, you are subject to our terms of service which state that the digital products we sell cannot be refunded for any reason.
- If you still make a refund, we will reject it with evidence from the data we collect when you use our application.
- You may lose access to our app if you make a refund.
